Chef Team of the Year Award
Open to Stadium Experience Members Only
Format: This award is judged as part of a live kitchen event as part of The International Salon Culinaire programme of chef competitions in London. This will take place at the HRC Event (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering Event) – formerly known as Hotelympia. This will take place 3rd – 5th March 2020 at ExCel London.
Entry Closing Date: 31st January 2020.
Date & Time: The Chef Team of the Year Award competition will take place for 1 hour between 3rd – 5th March. The competition schedule will be shared as soon as this is available.
Brief: Chef teams will have one hour to prepare, cook and present a three-course menu suitable for their Club Chairman to entertain the Head of the FA or RFU to dinner. The meal should include a lamb main course with seasonal ingredients.
Results: Feedback may be obtained from the judge immediately after the competition, but results will not be provided. The top 3 will be announced at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards in May/June 2020. Judges feedback on all teams will be available after this time.
Cost: £250* per team and entitles you to enter a team of two chefs into the live competition. Maximum of 10 teams able to compete.
*An additional 0.5% administration fee is applicable on all transactions.
Places to compete will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Entry is non-refundable.
